The event will begin at 7am with registration and a networking continental breakfast. A networking style lunch will be served. Speaking sessions will end at 5:15pm, followed by a reception at The Mayflower Hotel.

Registration
Registration will open at 7am on the day of the event. Early Registration is available for guests that arrive the afternoon before the event from 4:30-7pm at the end of Foyer of The Mayflower Hotel (by the 17th Street entrance to the hotel).
Recording
COVID-19 Safety Procedures
We will also be requiring all attendees to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the event. If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, please make sure to stay home for your safety and the safety of all our participants. We will accept PCR, Antigen, Rapid, and at-home tests.
Attendees will be required to submit proof of vaccination and a negative COVID-19 test to CrowdPass (a third party app). We will send out instructions and a notification via email with the live link on Monday, September 12th.
Mask requirements will follow local guidelines at the time of the event.
COVID-19 Safety Procedures
Safety Procedures for the 2022 Future of Health Data Summit
We will require all participants to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 according to CDC guidelines, the definition of which is "two weeks after your second dose in a two-dose series, such as the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna vaccines, or two weeks after the single-dose J&J/Janssen vaccine." In addition to being fully vaccinated, a Negative COVID-19 Test within 48 hours of arriving onsite is required. Booster shots are strongly recommended.
- To upload proof of vaccination and a negative test via ID.me, with whom we have partnered, you will need to create a Health Check Pass. We highly suggest utilizing this platform in order to expedite the registration process. Limited onsite testing will be available.
- We will communicate expectations about attendees wearing masks prior to the conference to ensure we adhere to the latest state and local health department guidelines.
- We are monitoring government recommendations and requirements, and will take additional measures, if warranted, as we get closer to the event to best ensure a safe gathering.
Process for Uploading Your Proof of Vaccination and Negative Test
- Participants are required to access a third party platform, ID.me to upload both a vaccination card AND negative test results within 48 hours prior to arrival.
- At-home tests are acceptable (e.g., BinaxNow) and limited testing will be available onsite at the Conference.
- Please look for an email with updated information before the Conference.

- 48 hours prior to attending the Conference: access your Health Check Pass and upload a photo of your negative COVID-19 test (PCR or Rapid) result by using the link below.
